Graphics Team
The Capitol is looking to take in citizens who have amazing graphic designing and/or photoshopping skills. We will need you to work with a few others on developing logos, images for our website(s), various things for districts or the Games, and so on. Please include links to personal work or even Hunger Games-related graphics you have created. If you’d really like to impress, create something original that can be used somewhere in Panem October.Support Team
Panem October is a highly-involved game, and will only become more intense with time. We’re looking for a dedicated team of people who enjoy helping others, and can assist players who have issues or are confused about various aspects of the game, or who may have account-related issues.Mobile Team
Our Mobile Team will work with players to allow Panem October to accept new mobile carriers so that we can allow players to receive text messages from many different providers. This is a very important team that is critical to Panem October’s success. You will also help discuss new ways to use text messages.Roleplay Team
This is probably the MOST important area of Panem October. We have 12 mayors, 24 tributes, 12 districts and various other high-profile citizens that need a personality attached to their Facebook, Twitter and Panem October profiles. We would need you to take over these characters and truly make them your own.Content Team
The Content Team develops in-character material for various purposes: Panem-wide letters, website content, Capitol articles, text messages and more. If you enjoy creative writing and want to help Panem October in a MAJOR way, this is the place to allow your creativity to fly.

an we make a post about everything we know about District 5 so we can act from the same base?
Product: Energy and Power, it also seems providing powerlines and sculpting wood used in constructsions
Location: on the West side of the Rockys
Population: one of the smaller districts, only 38 children signed up for tesserae in the 74th hungergames, making it altogether 2912
Winners: 6, last winner won the 62nd Games in a very “brutal and grotesque” manner.
Other: Very good education, see Foxfaces intelligence, mayor Cartwright speaking at the school assembly on reaping day
Now that Districts 5, 6, and 8 have crossed the 15,000 mark, only District 2 should be left. However, District 10’s scan count was dropped this afternoon to less than 13,000 scans, most likely due to a cheater being caught. That being the case, Districts 2 and 10 are still scanning. As of about 8:20pm PST the counts were as follows:
D2: 14,414 (586 left)
D10: 12,892 (2,208 left)
Hopefully 10 will catch up soon and we can move on to our next task!
